Our modern, 30,000 square foot facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada is fully equipped for mold making, casting in brass and aluminum, and machining and other finishing operations.

Foundry
Our sand foundry includes equipment for these processes:

Our permanent mold equipment includes:
- 18 x 24 Stahl tilt pour
- 30 x 30 Stahl tilt pour
Machining
We have been machining castings for 45 years and have experience with tight tolerance products to 0.0005 inch. We also provide CMM verification and reports. Our machining equipment includes:
- 4 Mori Seiki CNC high-speed machining centers with twin pallets
- 1 Vertical OKK 4-axis machining center
- 2 Mori Seiki CNC lathes
- 1 Hardinge CNC Lathe
- 1 Mitutoyo CNC coordinate measuring machine
