There are a number of reasons customers choose us to produce complex brass, bronze and aluminum castings.
- Experience – We have been in business for more than half a century, giving us the knowledge to fully understand our customers’ requirements and efficiently produce their components. Our president, David Temple, has been involved with the company for more than 35 years. Many of our production employees have more than 10 years of experience with us.
- Technical Knowledge – We work with our customers from start to finish to ensure satisfaction with the finished product. This includes reviewing general component geometry, parting lines and machining allowances; creating 2D mock up drawings or 3D models; from this we complete final tooling to assure quality production.
- Casting Flexibility – We use sand and permanent mold processes to produce quality components in quantities ranging from prototypes to full production runs of thousands of parts. We produce bronze alloy castings from 1 ounce to 100 pounds and aluminum alloy castings from 2 ounces to 60 pounds.
- Value-Added Services – We are a single-source supplier offering complete CNC machining, heat-treating, anodizing, plating and other finishing processes. This simplifies communication, production schedules and ensures on-time delivery.
- Quality Control – We incorporate an ISO 9001:2008 certified quality management system for all components. Part verification reports can be provided with each shipment . Our quality control processes include pressure testing, X-ray certification, and mechanical and chemical testing.
- On-time Delivery – Our lean production system and available capacity in our 30,000-square-foot facility keeps parts on schedule. We routinely produce and deliver parts to Kanban pull systems criteria to meet our customers’ needs.
